Where are you located?
Lithia Storage is located at 5241 Lithia Springs Road, Lithia, FL 33547. We’re just east of Lithia Springs Park.
What are the gate access hours?
Our gate access hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
How far are you from Valrico, Florida?
Great question! We’re only 7 miles from Valrico, allowing anyone there to reach our self-storage facility in just 14 minutes. We’re also convenient to Fish Hawk, Bloomingdale, Brandon, and other nearby communities.
What type of units do you offer
We offer climate-controlled units for comfortable temperatures and humidity, as well as drive-up units for easier loading and unloading of items. In addition, our entire facility is frequently cleaned to meet all requirements for self-storage.
Can I store my vehicle, too?
Of course! We have a variety of indoor and outdoor (covered and uncovered) parking spaces for your vehicle. You can use them to park just about any type of vehicle, including boats, cars, RV’s, and business vans.
How do I pay my rent?
We offer convenient payment from anywhere with an internet connection through our online bill pay feature, which allows our customers to make payments, reserve more storage units, and even send a request to the facility manager. Customers also have the option to set up Auto Pay.
Do you really offer a free moving truck?
Yes, we do. This offer is valid for using the truck on the day you move into your self-storage unit. Using a truck makes the process of moving less stressful by cutting down on the number of trips you need to make. We have limited availability, so be sure to schedule your free move-in truck in advance!
What are your security features?
We have video monitors that allow us to view activity occurring near the storage units and in the parking area, so we’re aware of your surroundings at all times. Our facility is also equipped with perimeter fencing and gated access. The on-site facility manager can help with any issues or questions you may have, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
